If the noise is coming from a unit that is being used by the owners, or guests of the owners, it is best to approach them and ask them to be quiet. If it is after 10:00 pm and the noise is coming from a unit that is occupied by renters, you should call the STR Hotline, 970-368-2044, and report it. You must give them the address of the unit. They will contact the designated agent for that rental. You can also call the County Sheriff but it is important to also call the STR Hotline because they track complaints issued against each rental property and if there are excessive complaints, their STR license can be pulled. |
