The following items are included in your monthly HOA Dues:

Regular Recurring Services:

  • All utilities; water, sewer, electric, gas, trash, etc.
  • Television and Internet
  • Regular shoveling of decks and balconies
  • Use of all amenities: pool/spa, exercise room, steam room, sauna, piano, etc.
  • Management of all facilities, financials, and governance.
  • The annual budget details all other items that your regular monthly assessments cover.

Regular Mainenance as needed per Reserve Plan:

  • Pool & Spa updates; both aesthetic and mechanical
  • Building Exterior; siding, decks, roof, landscaping
  • Building Interior; hallways, flooring, lobby, elevator, piano
  • Building Plant; boilers, hot water, baseboard heaters
  • A comprehensive list of all items covered by your regular montly assessment, and their maintenance cycle, is contained in the regularly updated reserve study.
