CABLE TV & INTERNET Cable TV & Internet are provided by Xfinity with individual access in each Unit. The HOA sets the channel lineup and speed tier and provides basic equipment through Xfinity. Should an owner desire additional services or equipment, this can be arranged by the owner, at the owner's expense, directly with Xfinity. |
TRASH PICKUP
The trash room is located in the garage near the vehicle door. Please do not dispose of old furniture or construction debris in this container.
ACCESS If you are having issues with access to either the building or you unit, contact the company identified on your key. |
PARKING Parking in the underground garage is limited to one vehicle per unit. All vehicles must display a valid parking permit. |
LOCKERS Ski lockers are located off the lobby, near the entrance to the Pool/Exercise Room. |
EXERCISE ROOM The Exercise Room is located off the lobby and hallway. Hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. |
POOLS & SPA The entrance to the pool and spa is off the lobby and hallway. Hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. |
SAUNA/STEAM ROOM The sauna and steam rooms are located in the Exercise Room. The hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please note that you should turn them on 20 minutes prior to desired use. |
RESTROOMS Restrooms are located in the Exercise Room closest to the entrance from the lobby. |
U.S. MAIL
We do not have U.S. Mail service at the Timbers. If you wish to receive U.S. Mail in Keystone you need to arrange for a PO Box at the Dillon Post Office. If you live in Keystone full-time, you are entitled to a PO Box at no charge.
BEARS
We do have bears that frequent the Timbers, especially in the Spring and Fall months, but also through the summer. They typically roam at night. It is important that you not keep any food items in your car if it is parked outside, even if it is locked. We have had several instances of bears smashing their way into the car in order to get something as simple as an open bag of potato chips.
MOOSE
It is very common to see moose around the Timbers throughout the year. They can be unpredictable, especially if it is a female with her young nearby. You should never approach them. Take your picture from afar!
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. This means that there is no outdoor activity allowed after 10:00 pm, including no hot tub usage, no firepit usage, no gathering on the decks, and no indoor group activities in the common areas after quiet hours. In addition, excessive loud noise, such as large outdoor speakers, are never allowed at any time of day.
MAINTENANCE ITEMS
If there are maintenance items that need to be addressed in the common areas or outside the building, you should contact Property Management directly. You can find their contact information under the Contacts->Property Management tab of this website. Any maintenance items required on the inside of your unit, including electrical, heating or plumbing, is your responsibility to address it with your Property Manager or a contractor of your choice.
GRILLS AND OPEN FLAME DEVICES
Grills and other open flame devices are prohibited on the premise. You may only use the out grill that is located on the patio.
